Bring The Railfans To Every Route

I know it sounds stupid but I was very charmed by the railfans in the upcoming expansion pack. So charmed that I would want to see them pop up on every route once in a while. It shouldn't be every time you come out of a station. But it would be nice to spot the spotters once in a while.

Agreed. In period-appropriate dress, of course. I especially want to see them in the steam route with giant 1958 flash cams.

 

It would be so nice to see the occasional spotter on these routes, and also to see extras when on railtours. Perhaps you could set the amount of railfans before driving a service.

 

WSR should have them all over the place, shouldn't it?

 

Yes and maybe some of them also on IoW for the small part of the heritage, at the narrow gauge at Radebeul and on DCZ.

In the Festival of Rail stream of thursday, Matt and Nat were showcasing the new expansion pack. They showcased the new SKA timetable and one scenario with the SD40 which has railfans. You can watch the stream here

Especially in the American routes. Railfanning is HUGE here.

That would be a good suggestion to add to the peservation updates.

 

I agree with this it would be so cool seeing railfans randomly at stations when stopping at a station or even bypassing.
