So, hear me out. The Deltic’s would fit as railtour services on various routes like Peterborough to Doncaster, possibly including 55022 ‘Royal Scots Grey’ in her Modern Condition (BR Green with Headcode Box) or 55009 ‘Alycidon’. This package could cost around £5-10 Pounds, and it could include the other MK2 Varients (D and F) as a railtour consist.

Edit: I should’ve mentioned the possible layers.

(Possibly) Great Western Express (Paddington - Reading possibly for a Bath and Bristol Express or Bath and Gloucester ones)
East Coastway (for a Brighton - Eastbourne railtour calling at Lewes)
Southeastern High-Speed (For Gravesend - Faversham, Rochester - Faversham and Faversham - Dartford Tours)
    ECML
    Midland Mainline

    (Maybe) London Overground Suffragette Line
and Fife Circle (Edinburgh - Markinch via Kirkcaldy tours)

I know they are a popular class but I cant stand the things, the way they sound, the way they look and the way they make everything within 100 miles vibrate. But they are not as bad as 50s

WOOOW. Now that's a locomotive! The roar of Napier... It would be nice to have both BR Blue and BR Green livery. Maybe with the addition of some carriages.

Love the Deltics, they really do sound gorgeous so would love to see and hear them in the game.

I always thought they sounded like boats, and after watching a documentary on them last year I was happy to learn I have a good ear lol.

I do think this would make a good rail tour pack that could go on a lot of routes, but I think your pricing is a bit optimistic.

Oh ok, I’m sorry about my optimistic pricing. Would you want me to ramp it up a bit or lower it?

You don't need to apologize lol. I just think for a loco with coaches and scenarios DTG usually charges at least twenty.

    Probably looking at £15 realistically.

How about a Deltic "Diesel legends of the ECML" timetable? Yes, I know the ECML wasn't electrified then but still... the 31s and 47s already exist. A Cravens DMU could be added too.

Deltics were used on cross country services by Virgin for a short period. That would allow use on the Birmingham route too.

I would rather see a 70s ECML route. It's clear that DLotGW didn't sell that well because DTG haven't released any similar DLCs since

the 55 (along with the 91 & 50) is one of the most suggested locomotive for TSW and its criminal we haven't got the class yet. I would like to see the 55 make their debut either in a 1970s ECML route or as part of a Railtour Pack

I don't think they'll do anything like that. Maybe third parties. But I don't think so. A Railtour pack is more likely! With the six units remaining operational, 3 BR Blue (55 009, 019 and 021) and 3 BR Green (55 002, 015 and 016).

Can imagine some sort of ECML traction pack including a 91, LNER HST, and a Class 55 for railtours or even a retro timetable with Blue/Grey/Yellow HSTs (just ignore the overhead wires).

Definitely want a Deltic in the game but personally would prefer it featured in a route of it's own era rather than in preservation. A good long distance BR era route in a similar vein to Peterborough - Doncaster for it would be good, with room for a Valenta HST to be added as well!

If DTG did this (and they should) it ought to come with a full rake of BR Blue/Grey Mark 2 air conditioned coaches (together with a Mark One restaurant car) to provide a proper representation of a top link ECML express. For a loco and decent coach pack, I’d drop £20.
