Xbox Series X Broken Achievement - Tws: Devious Driver

I tried unlocking this on two different DTG profiles to no avail.

 

That unlocked for me and I dont even own the Thomas dlc.

 

I played the scenario in Story mode first, than twice in Scenarios (with 2 profiles). The only thing I never did was deleting my save, but of course I’m not doing that.

The only other explanation for it is that the achievement unlocks under a different name/scenario. Weird bug though.
