WCL I looked at the 1A83, It doesn't appear in journeys, scenarios or timetable on PC. I wanted to see if I could replicate your issue.
Train 143 can be completed by uninstalling the MP15DC. It is a solution to get the medal but it cannot be the final solution. I totally agree with you that after all these years and the income from SFJ and the MP15DC, there should be enough money to FINALLY fix this problem.
