I would like to propose a Romanian route where I've recently been on to possibly be a DLC for TSW. The Bucharest-Brașov railway line is a 166km long route from romania's capital to the beautifull city of Brașov, along the M300 main line. The bucharest brașov line is one of the busiest routes in Romania. This route would be something completely new for the TSW franchise. Start by leaving the busy Bucharest-North railway station, before then accelerating trough the Wallachian countryside. As you leave Ploiești, you can see the distant Carpathian mountains. Enter the mountains past winding curves and bridges, before entering the Prahova valley, where you can see the beautifull Bucegi mountains. As you enter Predeal station, you will drive on unmodernised tracks at slower speeds drive trough a few tunnels, before entering the Timiș valley. Wind through the valley next to the DN71 national road. Finally, you leave the mountains and arrive in the Brașov railway station. This route has 30 stations with a top speed of 140km/h, with speeds in the prahova valley being around 80km/h and 65km/h in the Timiș valley. Possible rolling stock for the route: - CFR class 41, an iconic Romanian train, build in the Communist era, between 1966 and 1991. It has a top speed of 160km/h - GFR Marfa class 40 - CFR class 47. It is the modernised version of the class 40 and 41, They where modernised in 2006 and run at 160km/h. - CFR Alstom coradia stream. It is the newest train operating in Romania, being in service since 2024. It has a top speed of 160km/h. - CFR class 040 DH. A diesel hydraulic train used for shunting in depots. Build between 1968 and 1976 and has a top speed of 60km/h. This route offers a lot of service variation such as: - IC trains - IR-RE trains - Regional trains - Marfar trains (cargo) - Shunting maneuvres at the large railyards in Brașov and Bucharest IC services take 2h and 15 min and regional services over 3 hours. This route already exist in TSC made by a few third party developers ( trainmotion, railstudio) But it would be a wonderfull addition to the TSW series.
