The collectible is not triggering. This happened to me on PC. Nealtv8 mentioned it in the text in his collectible video, at 23:08 with the same collectable at Frastanz. He thought he had collected it before but I'm sure I had not.
I've just "finished" all the collectables on S-Bahn Vorarlberg. I'm on PC (Steam) and can confirm that the choc at Frastanz didn't count. I walked up to it and it changed to show I had taken bite but nothing popped up to say I'd collected it (and it never counted towards the total). I didn't have any issues with other collectables on the route though.
Oh no, not more rogue collectables. In the past some routes have had too many of one type and not enough of another type causing the overall tallies to be all over the place.
If you collected the ones at Bregenz Hafen or Frastanz station, they will also appear as already collected for the other location at either location, making it impossible to have 25/25 now since they have to be collected individually.
