Are you on PS5 with add-ons manager installed? Since add-ons manager was released, new medals aren’t being counted in game player profiles (at least not mine).

I’m not sure what’s happening to cause it, but I don’t think it was an issue before the add-ons manager released - especially the medals not counting in the player profile.
