Xbox Bug On Peninsula Corridor Mp15dc Scenario Santa Clara Saviour

The Santa Clara Saviour scenario is impossible to complete at the moment. Towards the end of the scenario when you drop off the engine for repairs, you have to wait for the replacement engine to pick up the train and get out of the way. After the replacement engine pulls away, it gets stuck just before it is supposed to go in reverse and connect to the passenger cars.

I've tried multiple times and no matter what I do I get stuck at this point waiting for the replacement engine to get out of the way.
