The control of the BR112 is quite buggy, it jumps back and forth between power and braking when driving, the brakes react very slowly or not at all when the power lever is at zero, braking the train is only possible with the functioning train brake, The same problem with the BR 766.2, which is attached to the rear, when accelerating, the traction performance bugs, the train brake does not react correcly

yes, this happens. Sometimes the brake works fine and sometimes does not want to work at all even with the brake key on and all that. I think the back and forth jumping is related to wheelslip, so try with the traction force at 75%.

the same is if I do it at 40% or more, in a winter scenario or when it's raining heavily, it's really perverse to drive this train, then it takes time to get up to speed, I observe that further, I can also be wrong as for that

I've experienced that in poor weather conditions. Doesn't matter what force it's set at. I usually just stay away from adverse weather

Also, with air brakes on the dynamic brakes seem to randomly engage and disengage on their own, making stops rather exciting and difficult to finesse.

I think what is happening is that sometimes neither the electric brake or the air brake are coming on in the loco when the train brake is used for some unknown reason, so only the wagons have braking force. It’s been a while since I’ve driven it and have been avoiding it for that reason. I could never work out if there was a particular way of driving that would either cause the issue or avoid the issue so I came to the conclusion it was fairly random.

I tend to return to 112 from time to time and each time I encounter a different bug lol... last time it was doors (when 218 got released, it somehow messed up door control also on 112), now that is solved and doors work fine, but... (please read my quoted post from other thread, thank you :) )

I would also add that I tried usual solutions - using cleanup program on computer with Steam turned off, reinstalling Hamburg Lubeck DLC and restarting computer altogether, nothing helped
