But What About The Store

I thought that when you own TSW2 the add ons automatically download because in the store you own them but why do you need to do a whole process to get the add ons.But in a new info thread it said you have to contact support to activate the Add ons on disc

 

If you have TSW2020 (or another version of TSW) on disk then you need to contact support because you never bought that content from the online store (so the store doesn’t know you own them). If you did buy TSW from the store then the preserved content should be available to download immediately. You might have to manually start the downloads.
