I'm Hot off NTP so I Want to suggest a route in the Early 80s route of Close proximity to it so I chose the 19 Mile Buxton Line but to spruce it up I Added the 12.9 Mile Glossop Line for a Combined total of 31.9 Miles of route

A neat sight on the Buxton line is the Part in Goyt Valley where it runs Parallel with the Hope Valley Line, Peak Forest Canal, and A6.

    Lets get into the
    Locomotives:
    BR Class 104:

These units had one of there homes on the Buxton Line where there light weight made them great on the Hilly Line, they also act as the Main DMU of the Line, They may come in Both Plain Blue and Intercity Blue & Grey, however 104s that where Allocated to Buxton had white on there roofs so that would be a neat variation, I would also like to see there TSO Middle trailer for 3 car sets.

    BR Class 506:
These 3 car units are 1,500 Volt DC EMU's made for the Woodhead line in this case for the Glossop Line, These would bring a Old EMU to the Game for the first time, the livery they will have would be BR Blue & Grey, I Also forgot to mentions this but since someone did ill edit it in here but the Class 506 has no Speedometer which may lead to an Interesting challenge when running with no hud.

    BR Class 25:
Yes the Class 25s Particularly the 25/3 variant built by Beyer, Peacock and Company, and BR Derby with no Comms Door these Rats may Run Freight, or Passenger trains and overall would make a Nice Locomotives for this Route.

    Services:
    Passenger:

Of course Stopping and Non Stop Passenger services can be done by the Class 104/506, Though Loco Hauled Passenger Services may come as a Layer when you own NTP but I don't know if Loco Hauled services happened on these line at the time so if they did let me know and ill add it.

    Freight:
In all honesty I could not find LOVE about the freight services on these lines at the time most i got was these trains hauling like white rocks or something, like before let me know what they where and I Will add it.

    Layers:
Being Close To NTP Naturally A Lot of layers can happen, For Layering in the Class 40/45/47 can substitute on Class 25 services the Class 101 can Also Sub on Class 104 Services The Class 31 may also be here with Cement Trains with HFP Bringing Box Van and Oil services along side Shunting services with the Class 08 at Yards and Depots, for Layering out the Class 104 can be used on Class 101 services on NTP, TVL, and Perhaps Diesel Legends as well, along with the Class 25 on NTP, and TVL, with East Coastway's Railtours having the Option of the Class 25.

    Ending:
Buxton and Glossop line in the 1980s a route that will likely make a Comfy spot next to NTP, I mostly made this because I want more BR Blue Action, and because I saw the Croxley Green Line suggestion from mrsoutherndriver which is uh admittedly kinda bad and said to myself "bet I Can ten up that one" and got to work on this. Hope you liked it have a nice day.
