I am considering buying and noticed on the ECML route add on there is nothing stating that you need the full game to play the route as I have seen stated in previous add ons, is this like the TSW3 starter packs where I can just buy one route instead of the standard edition or do I need the full game to have access to the ECML route?
depends on what you define as full game. yes you need the full game (core) to use any content. no, you don't need the "full game" (store packages) to play anything.
