c2c is a railway network owned by Trenitalia, that connects London and Southend with a fleet of class 357 Electrostar and class 720 Aventra. This route would be best fit for train sim world as it isn't too long of a line and has been suggested by many before. But there may be a difficulty with Trenitalia licensing, so LTS era would be the alternative option operating (at the time) new class 357s in blue with the old slam door 312s in NSE livery. Freight is common on the line and as seen in the suffragette line freight routes into Dagenham or Tilbury using the class 66. 25 stations, won't include Beam Park or Castle Green as they aren't built yet or Liverpool street and Stratford as there is no AI greater Anglia or Elizabeth line so would be a bit dead. Alternative option: Would be easier with licensing and I would personally rather have this as it is a mix of slam door and modern era with that beautiful 357 in diamond blue and the class 312 in Ex NSE livery. Is there supposed to be more here? Not that it really matters, there's enough C2C threads to last a lifetime, some of which have enough detail. Makes me wonder why DTG haven't considered it yet (licensing aside).
Agreed, many c2c threads, better to add to the most recent detailed thread than add one with less detail. Going to disagree with the pre-modern suggestion, as I've said many times; it's unrealistic to expect a differently-modelled Barking area and no modern Goblin line layering. If licensing is an issue, I'd rather see unbranded 357s and 720s.
A Modern day setting would be absolutely great for the c2c line - hopefully they can get licensing maybe train companies aren't allowed to make money off third parties I'm not too sure how it all works legally
Modern day c2c network seems great! Would love to have 357s and 720s in the game as well. Especially with Barking already being modelled I could see the rest of the c2c network being created one day!
