Hiya. I want you to close your eyes. Now move the controller to find the cabin light. That’s how it is at night. I know the location of the light during the day, but my cabin is completely black and finding that little switch in the general area is impossible. Slight taps of the controller everywhere in the area didn’t help. I even increased the brightness of the TV. It’s completely black. Is there a shortcut key that I don’t know about? I eventually gave up after tapping the controller in the region where I saw it during the day around 100 times.

When I struggle to locate it I tend to use the torch when unseated to find the cab light switch, then sit and do the set up, before switching off the cab light again.

Not the ideal solution but gets things going.

    Thank you!! Good idea.
I just found the flashlight yesterday by accident after playing this game since Mar 2020.

I also found the blackness in the cab very frustrating. Typically I would get a gauge lights turned on to orientate myself, and I could get everything else set up to operate the train. But then wait till I got in a lighted area to find the cab light switch. Even by turning the headlights & ditch lights on to full bright it was no help. It was a very frustrating and aggravating experience I must say.
