Hi there, I know there's been a few suggestions already for this, but one type of train I'd particularly like to see in Train Simulator is the Class 195 and Class 331 as this type of train has not been made yet for Train Simulator. The Class 195's have the 2 car (195001-195025) and 3 car varients (195101-195133). They operate on quite a few routes around the North West and Yorkshire. Outside: Inside: The Class 331's have 3 car (331001-331031) and 4 car varients (331101-331112). They operate on electrified routes in Yorkshire including the Airedale and Wharfedale Line, Leeds-Doncaster and in the North West, Blackpool North, Manchester Airport and Liverpool Lime Street services. Sometimes they go to Crewe and Stoke-on-Trent. The 331's have really fast acceleration and have a top speed limited to 100mph, although could probably hit much faster speed if not limited. Outside: Inside: Note: The lights normally adjust their brightness depending whether it's dark outside or not. This is definitely one train I'd like to see in Train Simulator at some point as I'm fan of these. I know not everyone is keen on them, but I personally like them. Thanks
My northern friends have mixed feelings about these units. Air-con, longer trains and better passenger information are the positives, the seats, ride and aesthetics aren't good. I can only agree with the latter. However, looks aside, these units are a regular sight on several routes in TSC now so they should be in the game. And I love driving trains with a central driver's seat and a huge windscreen, so it's a thumbs up from me.
