Was driving an autorack train on Cajon Pass today, which was split into two services. When driving both of these services, I came across a really bad issue with the horn. During one instance of sounding the train horn, it sounded at a different tone from normal, and soon after, a train horn would start blasting every mile or so, which I could hear very clearly. It was annoying, and louder than anything else, because it's a train horn. Here's a video I captured of it happening.
