Xbox Cajon Pass Intermodal El Paso To San Diego Broken

Hi, I’m on Xbox and for multiple weeks now have been encountering a problem on the Intermodal from El Paso to San Diego wherein I come upon an oncoming train on my track at about the 20 minute mark. It seems it’s supposed to be on one of the loops to my left but instead it’s just stuck at the red signal and blocking my path. This is chapter 4 of the “Trial by Fire”.
