Is even possible to get platinum i just a perfect run no speeding with the alerter on dosnt count has using safety and I was 4500 points short of platinum how are you supposed to get it us freight i heard does not have acses or atc the only safety is the alerter.
It shows can earn B S G P but platinum is impossible to as said perfect run played alerter on thats the only safety system and still 4500 short of platinum
Then this one of those services/routes that are "Bugged" the Award systems has been hit or miss for some time, and I don't remember platinum as an award on Cajon Pass, in all honesty, I really don't follow what awards I did or do get other than recently the monthly mastery. This is something new in TSW5 for this route as it is a TSW3 route, and I noticed it layers into Sherman Hill on my Xb1X version.
You should be able to get platinum medals now in the F7 and the ES44C4 in Cajon Pass. The SD40 safety systems still don’t work for me so can’t get platinum driving it, but usually an ES44C4 spawns as the second loco, so you can set up the second loco as your main and drive from there with safety systems activated in the ES44C4 if you want platinum.
Since the update on Monday I get platinum in them now they have changed the scoring thanks for letting me know tho
This is one way to get the medal, ^5 to ya, But as I have said in the past, I am done with workarounds and jumping through hoops to get anything done in TSW. DTG just needs to get to Fixing what was not broken and it is now broken. If I can't do what I should be able to without workarounds, it's broken and needs fixing.
