Steam Caltrain Bombardier Bi Level Cab Car No Horn/bell Sound

I just noticed, when playing the Peninsula Corridor route, the Caltrain Bombardier bilevel cab car has no horn sound/bell sound. Has anyone ran into this issue? I had mods installed, but then removed the mods. Afterwards, there still was no sound. I then verified the integrity of the TSW5 files via steam but still no sound after all files were validated. Could one of the recent TSW updates have caused the horn/bell to no longer work for the Caltrain Bombardier bi level cab car

 

Is the cab setup key on? The bell and horn only work for me once it is turned on
