    Hiya,

I'm wanting to suggest this beauty of a route for TSW6 as we need more Welsh routes and something to push DTG to produce and great route.

The route itself is 120 miles which I think DTG can definitely do going into TSW6. It stretches all the way through the middle of Wales calling at several stops. The stops on this route are: Shrewsbury, Welshpool, Newtown, Caersws, Machynlleth, Dovey Junction (trains can go to pwhelli here), Borth, Bow street and Aberystwyth. This route will show the Welsh mountains, the wildlife, the beaches and many other things.

The locomotive on this route will be a Class 158 in Transport For Wales Livery. A picture will be displayed below later. The class 158 is well known all across the country as a sprinter operating in many other parts of the country. The class 158 goes a top speed of 90 MPH.

Some more information about the route: This line is Mostly single line. There is a depot at Machynlleth where most of the trains are stored. At Aberystwyth there is a light railway going out to Devils Bridge a fantastic place to visit.

    Scenarios:
    Sheep Madness:
It is a Wet day and you are currently at Dovey Junction. You have heard reports of a broken fence up the line with Sheep roaming the tracks. You must drive slow and be vigilant for sheep. You must fix the fence and put the sheep back into their peice of land. This happens multiple times in the scenario while trying to get to Aberystwyth.

    Cambrian Chaos:

You must drive limited services to Machynlleth from Aberystwyth due to unsafe track to drive on past Machynlleth.

    Party to Aberystwyth (guard scenario):

You are Guarding half of the service from Shrewsbury to Machynlleth and you have to deal with chaos on the train. This can include: Drunk passengers, uncontrolled children and other things. You must keep the passengers safe so there's no issues while also operating doors. It's living hell!

Conclusion: I personally think this route can be made. Yes it is 120 miles but I think DTG or any other company can do it! 882a51d5b18c41c69848bf8cd1d09c72 (1).jpg

Just some other things, on the route, you can also have options to drive to pwhelli (ending at Dovey junction). Some little things you can hunt for could be little sheep plushies, little model trains (themed from Aberystwyth light railway) and obviously, posters and newspapers.

Cambrian_line_Map.png Forgot to add the route map in, on the bottom half that way is to Aberystwyth. Going up is towards pwhelli. Obviously because of how far it is to pwhelli from Dovey junction it's best we dont add that part.
