    How many camera views should I have in TSW6? I have 1-2-3 and 8. I thought I had more camera views in TSC when I played it...

    TSC has more camera view options than TSW (6 I believe).
    TSW only has the 4 that you mentioned.

    1 and 2 press again 2 3 and 3 and 8 that is 6
    while in cab sitting press arrow left or right those are also extra camera views

    you can add the following lines in the engine.ini
    [SystemSettings]
    ts2.dbg.Camera.MaxLinearDistance=50000
    ts2.dbg.Camera.MaxHorizontalDistance=50000
    ts2.dbg.Camera.MaxVerticalHeight=50000
    ts2.dbg.MaxFreeCameraDistance=200000
    ts2.dbg.Camera.CameraBoomMaxLength=4000

    this will allow you to go way up left or right while using camera modes
    when using outside views like 8

    which other camera views are missing compared to Train Sim Classic?

    I found this video and even though it is an older vide referencing a beta, I learned a great deal about camera control in TSW. ( I hope it is OK to post a link to a youtube video.)

    Passenger view, top down view and the cam that starts in front of the train somewhere and then follows it passing the cam location and watches it go into the distance.
