Xbox Can’t Change Services In Scenario Planner

Before the core update you could freely change between services in scenarios you made, whereas now upon trying to change services I get a popup saying that I ‘don’t have permission to drive the service’. This is really annoying as spawning in a service and changing to another is the only way to have a service ahead of you in scenario planner and not being able to do this is quite annoying, as many of my old scenarios now don’t work
