I’ve had this happen many times now and it is really starting to annoy me. When trying to login to the live dovetail website to access my shots etc, it keeps saying that my login details are incorrect. Despite logging in yesterday with those exact details, and not changing anything. There then becomes the issue of resetting my password, but that isn’t possible either, as I type in my email and hit the ‘Reset Password’ button, but there is absolutely zero response from the website not even any indication of anything being loaded or processed. It goes without saying that nor do I receive said email.
its not letting me in to DTG Live its say that my login details are incorrect on line and on TSC. TSW at this time doesn't seem to have any problems. During this time you will not be able to log into DTL services. If you are a Train Sim World 4 player, your DTL account login will be affected during the downtime, however, you should not be prompted to re-login once it is back online.
