Xbox One Can’t Play Bought Add On

Hi I am a novice with this so bear with me. I have bought my son the new scotrail route on tsw3. Platform is Xbox and he plays it through the game. The screen shows he has bought the add on but it doesn’t show in routes and he can’t select it. His other routes have a yellow tick but this one doesn’t. Any help is very gratefully received

 

Forget it. I can see it’s bought but wasn’t installed! Sorry

Yeah, go to "Manage game" on the menu for the game and install any routes you want from there.

 

Having the same problem, where is the “manage game” section at exactly?

 

Highlight the game with your cursor and instead of pressing A to open it, press the start button to bring up the game menu, and you will see "Manage game and addons". Go in there, and in the list of options to manage on the right it will show where the game is installed and how many addons are installed. Click on that and choose "Manage game on [drive]" to bring up a list of all the installable DLC, scroll down it ticking all the ones you want installed but are not, and then on the right highlight "Save changes" and click it. Everything you selected will now install. You can do the same to uninstall DLC too.
