When I bought tsw2 it came with the London Underground and the other routes. When transferring to tsw3 I couldn’t download those routes. I even tried going to the downloads and re-downloading all the routes and the preserved collection isn’t there. When I go to the store it says that I need to buy it again.
I had this issue with one route. It’s best to raise a support to ticket. They sorted it out within a couple of days.
