Xbox Can’t Purchase Dlc On Tsw3

I can’t purchase any dlc on TSW 3 on Xbox one it says I already own it, because of the TSW 2 version.
Anyone else experiencing this bug?

 

If you already own it on TSW2, then you don’t need to purchase it again for TSW3.

You should be able to go into the Manage option and download it.
