I am unable to get formations ive created in the designer to.play .. I can make the formaton even click save but cant find or get play option. Even after saving i will search and says 0 formations created ..i guesx the 25 car freight i made up and soupposedly saved isnt anywhere to be found ..the only way i can play formation others is to spawn on foot in free roam or time table and spawn cars i want 1 car at a time then couple them together with my engines , it more time consuming especially when i like to make my own US freight consists
Hi there, it should be fairly straightforward…you’ve created a formation, named & saved it. Then go to Scenario Planner & choose a route that is appropriate to the rolling stock in the formation. Go to CREATE NEW & follow the prompts to create a route, you’ll then be offered you’re Loco/Unit DLC’s & just select the one thats in you’re desired formation. You’ll then be asked to SELECT FORMATION, use the Right Trigger to highlight PERSONAL & you’re NAMED formation will be there, button A it once then button B twice to save it. Go back to your list of DLC’s (still on Scenario Planner) & you’re formation name will be there… just press play & you’re away !
