Can Figure Out How To Make Ts Tools Work

I have windows 10 and i installed some scenarios and packages but i got some missing content so i installedTS tools but after i installed it, it opens but right after i press ok on the yellow box nothing happens the box closes and thats all i tried checking game files reinstalling TS tools reinstalling the game administrator and much more but i still have the same issue and i dont know how to fix it

 

You must install and run as administrator.

 

I did that like 3 times

 

Did you install it as Administrator?
If you did then in the folder where it exists there is a Help file.

And when you say "like 3 times" does that mean you have "liked" the program on some site?

 

Yes today i uninstalled it and installed it again as administrator and yes i installed it previously but still i get the same issue it might be my antivirus but who knows

[1] Switch off your Anti-Virus when installing
[2] After Installing but BEFORE attempting to use TS Tools look at the Help file which is installed in the TS Tools folder.

Which location did you install TS Tools to?
