I just downloaded the Sanyo Shinkansen route from Sanyo Shinkansen 1/4 v.1.1 - Rail-Sim.de - Die deutsche Train Simulator Community which covers Okayama to Shin Osaka but the issue I am having is the locomotive can be driven and I can hear the sounds, horn etc but in external view "The screenshot says it all" where on earth is the locomotive? Didn't I install it correctly? I see a working locomotive in a youtube video! Train Simulator 2016 HD: Operating JR West 300 Series Sanyo Shinkansen Local (Okayama to Shin Osaka) I just don't understand what could I possibly be missing
I just tried to download it - but it failed as you only linked to part 1 You did not say it comes in 4 parts Try reinstalling it again
I just installed it - the train is so-so. But then its 12 years old. You need the SEC cab and you appear to be sat in a Pendolino but the controls don't actually move The speedo is stuck on 0mph so you have to watch the HUD Speeds I only installed one of the 4 parts
Thanks for your reply, I only linked to part 1 because the other parts 2, 3 and 4 are empty rar files? I downloaded them but when I open them up there's no files to extract? However, the file sizes are there when I right click on the rar files to view the properties. I also have no idea what the SEC cab is or where to get it from? The instructions aren't very clear in English
The cab is from the Super Express Concept - which came out before the 801. What cab view do you have now?
I have managed to find the SEC Pack via a google drive link. It would had been so much better if DTG would just simply re-distribute content and packs they have removed, so that I don't have to try and find them if I need them.
So you think companies should distribute older models for free? Ask AP and see where you get with that.
