In the context of TS any Electric train can be used on any voltage third rail, fourth rail or OHLE, TS has only one pre-requisite, is the track ticked as electric or not, of course what's right on what track from a realism perspective I'll leave for others to tell you as I'm certainly not knowledgeable enough for that.
