Can You Change All The Speed Bubbles In The Game To Metric?

I've managed to find options for the speedometer and the top right warnings for Metric measurements, but the little speed bubbles on the tracks are still stuck on Imperial. So when I'm cruising on the fast line (Spirit of Steam) and I see a bubble that says 55, I can't immediately tell if that's 55 MPH or KPH. Is there an option to change every single measurement in the game to one or the other?

 

Known issue. If you create a ticket reporting this then it'll add to the pile

 

to change the bubbles, you turn them off, and back on again to set them to mph or kmh
