I've just obtained TSW4 and can't even get past the profile stage. It won't let me import either of the profiles I have from TSW2 and 3, as it states I have insufficient storage space, what on, my Steam account, or, computer hard drive, which is a 4TB drive with approx. 2.5TB free. I then attempted to create a new profile which I didn't really want to, but, that's failed as well, what's happening with this game?? Any suggestions please?
Hello there, The "insufficient storage space" error comes from your anti virus program preventing the game from writing to your hard drive. Please make sure to add Train Sim World 4 to the list of trusted programs. Thank you Jan, it wasn't Anti-Virus, I read the support solutions and found that my Controlled folder access setting was ON to stop anything being installed without my permission, which I normally received a pop up window to alert me, however, as I was in the game at the time no pop up window showed on the screen, anyhow, I've switched it off now and everything works just fine, I managed to import my profile from TSW3 and carried on in TSW4.
