Cannot Make Subscriptions On Creator's Club

Everytime I select a livery or scenario on the club it just loads endlessly, not letting me use any scenarios or liveries. Furthermore I have tried logging in and out of DTL with the issue still continuing. What should I do to fix it?

 

Have you tried restarting your console, this may help to resolve that issue

I had it and when I went back on my console the next day, it was working fine

 

I will give this a go.
