This is NOT caused by 3rd party content. The bug happens, after scenario is verified for proper content, after you selected screenshot, description, country filter, etc, and click Publish. There is some attempt to upload scenario files, and in the end error "Cannot publish content" without any explanation. In your steam workshop profile, for every unsuccessful attempt of publishing, you'll see a scenario "stub" with gray box instead of screenshot, with no content attached. This bug exist for ages. DTG does nothing with it, I created multiple tickets for support, and it never was addressed. Some standard answers from tech support: "Thank you for contacting us regarding Train Simulator 2020. We have no direct control over the Steam Workshop so please ensure your able to upload any content by trying something else as it's possible your Antivirus or other software is stopping the upload." OR "Scenarios for this route appear to be uploading normally, which would suggest the issue is isolated to your scenario. Even if you didn't intentionally put 3rd party content in the scenario, having it installed may be causing issues. I would suggest creating a secondary "clean" installation, free of third-party content and mods or performing a "clean" reinstallation. From my own experience, sometimes the problem cured by itself - one day you cannot upload scenario, other day you can. I think it can be related to having too many screenshots and thumbnails. Or something else. Once I deleted a lot of temporary files in my Steam directory, and it helped, but i dont remember exactly what i deleted.
