    But can on my mobile.
I'm sure that this will be solved by ticking a box somewhere but, at the moment, can't see where?
Someone put me out of my misery please. Thanks.

What actually do you see instead of the video?

Sometimes refreshing the page solves the problem.

An empty space where the video should be. Refreshing does not make it appear. If I embed a video in my own post it'll appear the first time around and then never appear again once refreshed.

I was thinking this was due to rejecting cookies but I also can not view video embeds (I do reject Cookies)

I don't see them anywhere either. Doesn't matter what browser I use.

Usually when you join the Forum/visit it for the first time there is a prompt that asks you to allow cookies.

It also appears when you visit the forum in a private tab or window. So this might work as an alternative.

Not sure how one can allow cookies for the forum after you rejected it and be signed in.

I'm not sure the issue is cookies. To my knowledge, I haven't rejected them.

I'm not sure that it's cookies either.
However I think this happened to me before and someone did tell me what to do to correct things.
Mind you I can't find any sign of an earlier thread on the subject. :|

What I did on my phone (I have an IPhone), was to clear the cache and website date of “dovetailgames.com”. I was signed out and I had to sign in again, then it asked me to allow or not cookies, which I did and since then, videos from YouTube can be seen again on the forum.

There is a link to your cookie settings in the footer of every forum page (including this one) but it is difficult to see because it is almost the same color as the rails shown in the background image.

You can use your web brower's search function (CTRL + F in Edge and Firefox) and search for "Cookies Settings".

PS: Added picture. The red arrow is pointing at the link, and it is still difficult to see. ;)

    Log off.
Clear browser cache. (At least for this site)
    Log in again.
    Accept cookies.

    Voilá.

    That worked for me.
I just clicked on the link, changed the 'Targeting Cookies' setting and "Voilá" the videos re-appeared. (No need to log out etc).

Mind you, as Inkar said, I would've never spotted that link on my own.
(No doubt it will turn up as the 1% Question with Lee Mack at some point soon). :)

Even with the arrow shown in the image I still had to really look hard for it :D
