PlayStation Can't Access Finnentrop Signal Box

I've completed the mastery rewards, but every time I go to the signal box, the door is ajar, and not openable. Am I missing something? (PS5)

Ah! My bad. Ignore me.

 

Sorry to bump. Just had this issue on PC, cleared the L2 Mastery but although the door is ajar I can’t get in. I have been to the section where the special Mastery prizes are listed and you have to tick to activate, but Finnentrop SB isn’t listed.

Any ideas, please?

 

I had to restart my game before I could select it

 

Okay will try that later.

 

Update: Yes after restarting the game, the signal box appeared in the list of rewards. I was able to tick the circle and back in the game the door now wide open. Nice if a bit underwhelming as apart from the lever frame the rest of the equipment was mothballed and covered over, with some sort of decorating project going on.
