PS4 Can't Download Add Ons From Tsw 2 To Tsw 4

Hi, yesterday I downloaded TSW 4 with a huge discount but I have a problem with the add ons, I can't download them and if I look in the PS store it says that I have to buy the add ons again. And if I look at the add ons i bought for TSW 2, the game only says that I have the BR 101 while I have much more add ons.
Can somebody explain this?

You have to download from the library, not in the store of the game

 

Yeah I know, but when I look in the library there is still nothing to download
