I'm on PS5. I wanted to subscribe to an LNER reskin for the GWE HST, but it wouldn't let me as apparently i don't have GWE installed, even though it is and it's working fine. The same is true for any livery for a train I have installed. What's even stranger is some of the time the green tick next to the add on when you select "required content", but it still has the message saying I'm missing that very same content.
Hello - We are aware of an issue preventing the in-game version of Creators Club from functioning as intended. You may be able to subscribe to content on the web version just make sure to log into your DTL account first. We're preparing a potential solution for this and will have an update to share on this shortly
Hello everyone, we've got an update to share on this issue: Steam users should have an update that fixes this issue, with PlayStation following in the next couple of hours. We are still investigating these issues on Epic, as well as looking into the crashes on Xbox as a priority, which is why these changes haven't come to these platforms just yet.
