This is a bit of an odd one, and the issue is probably on Microsoft's end; however, wondering if anyone has come across this before. I purchased the add-on DB BR 182 with the Train Sim World compatible logo from the Microsoft store. I can download and play on TSW3 but not TWS2 (it asks me to buy again). This has never happened before. I have purchased more than a dozen add-ons with the same account in the exact same way. In fact, I bought the BR Heavy Freight Pack last week (on the 7th, in fact) and did not come across this issue. Wondering if anyone has any troubleshooting steps, or advise, before I request a refund from Microsoft?
Would seem to be a Microsoft problem. I continually have the same problems with Microsoft whether it is buying or earning xbox rewards. It doesn’t do what they say and their support is useless. Good luck with getting a refund. Microsoft are so frustrating!!!

Assuming you mean the 182 add on for Rapid Transit a not the Dispolok 182 (which is only for TSW3). I had exactly the same issue. I raised a ticket with DTG support and after trying a few things and asking me for proof of purchase they gave me a new code. That worked and it’s been fine ever since.
Im not sure it works in reverse but i know if you bought for TSW2 it would automatically give it to you for 3
Yes, the 182 for Rapid Transit. Might be something unique with that add-on then if you experienced this also? As I said, never happened before with any of the other Preservation Collection content I've purchased. Thanks for the help.
Be careful buying from the Microsoft store for your xBox as they are also selling TSW for PC. So purchasing for your Xbox is confusing. Scroll down before you buy to ensure it says xbox one or xbox x|s.
Its happened to me with the M3 for the LIRR its Microsofts fault get in touch with DTG support pal.good luck
