Steam Cant Drive Dostos

I try to drive the dostos out of koln but it failes cause the thottle is on red there is brakes off but still cant move this is in scenario planner koln dlc

which Dosto is it? Did you choose the one from Rapid Transit? That one has a bug like that.

The Rapid Transit Dostos have not worked since TSW3, so you will want to chose any other Dosto cab car. It's honestly embarassing that that bug was still not fixed but that's how it is, if you don't own any other Dostos then you can't drive the cab car at all.
