Just fired it up to play some Diesel Legends for more achievements I was missing, and it seems the fix announced a few days back to make it appear in TSW3 has not fixed it being missing in TSW2? It's installed properly and I have even tried removing and reinstalling it, all my other DLCs show up but no GWE. I expect DTG have announced an ETA on this being fixed but it's obviously hard to find stuff in the forums as most keywords give lots of results right now.
