Can't Get Registered For Uktrainsim

Hello, I've been a flight simmer for 30 years, recently discovered Train Simulator, having a lot of fun, much deeper and more rewarding than I'd expected!
I'm trying to register for UKTrainSim without success.
It promises to send me an email with password to my (Gmail) account but nothing ever arrives.
Can anyone help me out please?

I think you need to contact via their Discord server nowadays.

I had the same issue. Just send them email and they'll sort you out.

I've the same issue and am not using nor planning to use Discord. What email address should I write to?

 

Might be a silly question but have you checked your spam/ junk box?

 

Hello John, not a silly question at all! But yes, I have, and not a sniff of a message in there either.

 

TrainSim-Matt might have the answer?

 

Do you have another email address besides the GMail one, some organisations might not like GoogleMail, just a thought.

When you're on the main UKTS page, scroll down until you see, screen-left, MISC and its subheadings. Click CONTACT US. Of the three resultant choices, the middle: support@uktrainsim.com, seem most apt in this case. It's been a while since I registered, so my memory of how I did it is vague. But, I am reasonably sure I did so at the website, via a contact link. It's worth a shot.

 

I've just sent a message to support@uktrainsim.com pointing out that many have the same issue.

Torfmeister, many thanks for taking that initiative, will you let me/us know if you get a reply then I can follow up accordingly.

In the meantime I'll return to my (so far failed) attempts to make a ground signal behave as it should!

Just got a reply from Pete Peddlesden, account is activated. Check your emails.

 

Torfmeister, thank you so much. I was just about to post that I now had access to UKTS hooray!
In case it's of use to anyone with a similar problem, there are real helpful kind people like Pete and the mysterious JP_4468 on the MattPlaysTV Discord channel (as Rickyt said at the start) who took pity on my Discord ineptitude and sorted it out for me. Clicking the Discord link on the UKTS front page initiates an invitation to join the Discord server.
