Steam Cant Get The Br 403 Doors To Unlock

So i'm doing a time table scenario with the ice 3 and no matter how often i click to unlock the doors nothing happens even tried the toggle on the dashboard no dice any one have a fix?

 

Did you turn on your train? You've tried y and u hotkeys or the tab key? Is it a spawned in train?

 

yup engine is on everythi g powered up and yes spawned in the engineer seat

 

reverser should be in forward or reverse to open or close the doors if I remember correctly. what scenario were you playing? that might help reproducing the issue

 

its a timetable mission

 

route, time and direction then? I never had issues with the ICE3. maybe you have mods that break it?

To ensure we are all on the same page, I will reiterate daanloman's questions:

Is the direction selector set to forwards, off, or reverse?

Which route were you playing on? Kassel-Wurzburg? Munich-Augsburg? Koln-Aachen? Riesa-Dresden?

 

Revers is forward and its koln-achen

 

I'm quite struggling to think of what it could be now.

Is it possible the battery was off?

Was this at the start of the end of the service?

 

Nope i checked that battery is on ir deeply puzzled

 

I don't think I can think of anything else now. You had the direction selector set correctly, the pantograph raised, the battery on... The doors should have opened.

Can you tell us if this was at the start or end of the service?

How many times have you encountered this issue?

 

Start of the service i can pull away but the scenario it just sticks at unlock doors

 

what service are you playing? what time does it start? I'll try to reproduce the issue later today

 

Is it possible, then, that you were unlocking the doors on the wrong side?

 

either that or it hangs on completing the load for a couple more seconds. had that happen a few times too. if he's doing everything right we really need a service number to see what service is broken. I don't think it's a problem with all services since I recently drove one there.

I did the 17:35 service from Köln to Aachen today. got a great reminder of how busy SKA is even before the new timetable. I can confirm if you put the reverser to forward and then open the doors it works fine
