Can't Import Level 180 Profile

I can't import my level 180 profile (ps4) into TSW3, I only can import my level 24 profile (ps5). Both from tsw2 en both from one account Dovetail and the same profile name HeuF.

 

You can only port profiles from TSW2 PS4 to TSW3 PS4 or TSW2 PS5 to TSW3 PS5.
It isn't possible to import cross generation as it wasn't possible to port over TSW2 PS4 to TSW2 PS5.

 

Ah HeuF didn't realise you were going from PS4 to PS5 in which case above advice is correct unfortunately
