Steam Can't Log In Because Of "insufficient Storage Space" Nor Can I Even Create A New Account.

So i've been trying to fix this issue by turning off my antivirus and restarting the game that didnt work. So i installed the game again with all my DLC (it took 2 hours btw) only for it to have the same issue? I am super confused as to why it is doing this... I have just shy of 1tb of storage space.. please could someone fix this issue ASAP? I hope I am not the only one experiencing this issue

 

Check the Windows UAC "user account control" as well as the Windows firewall, make sure the files in your documents for TSW5 are not wright protected, if the files are set to read-only it will fail, and it will not hurt to to give admin rights to TSW5.
