Cant Use Other Locomotives On Other Routes?

saw a few new scenarios on the creator club with locomotives from different routes but when making a scenario there no way to choose those trains? is this something exclusive for pc users? or is it just broken for consoles? really wanted to make a scenario with a different locomotive.

 

You need to set your scenario to off the rails. Press the View button on the screen where you see all your services to set it.

No not yet. Would be good but right now we have to rely on whatever is provided.
