PlayStation Captcha Verification Not Working When Submitting A Ticket

I have been trying to submit a ticket on your https://dovetailgames.freshdesk.com/support/tickets website, but after 10 attempts I thought I'd tell you on here that the verification isn't working. I keep getting this message "Captcha verification failed, try again!"
