    Pretty fun addition to traffic so far, but needs the 66 bug with safety system scoring fixed otherwise it’s impossible to achieve platinum on any of these services

    OK, I just drove 6H10 Leicester to Meadow Lane Junction and got platinum without issue. What I would like to know, have you turned on both AWS and DVD. They are separate circuit breakers in the panel on the back wall of the cab. The DVD is on the bottom row, left side, the right most of the 2 breakers there and the AWS is on the right side, bottom row, far right breaker.
    Also have to say, the end point here put us onto a part of the route we have never driven before, well done Skyhook.

    Really good pack, just found the graffiti too repetitive and a whole consist with the same 'tag' made it look out of place. I think MML is one of the busiest and best DLCs for TSW4 now.

    Loving the pack so far. The only suggestion I have would be to turn down the frequency of graffiti wagon spawns. I find that most of the wagons are spawning with graffiti and there are not enough graffiti variations, meaning there is too much repetition and it looks a bit off.

    The pack is great. Good value for money.

    About the graffiti: graffiti should come to every route not just this add on

    The package is great. Only had time for a glimpse so far but its seems indeed what foreposters already stated: Great value for the money. Lot's of additions on several routes. No regrets.

    And again tip on my hat for that remarkable recovery race from Skyhook. The whole route has becomes such a gem. Atta boys!

    Not a huge fan of graffiti TBH, yes I know it’s realistic but to get there the vandals (and that is what they are) would have had to trespass on the operational railway to do the daubing. There have been instances where people have been killed, engaging in this “pastime”. Not something (IMHO) DTG or their associates should be replicating or encouraging in the game and I’m actually surprised the operators allow it under whatever licence they agreed.

    I don’t mind graffiti, it adds to the immersion. However I do think it’s overdone here with lots of repeating. Also the wagons are far too clean to be covered in graffiti.

    Minor point though. Still really enjoying the pack.

    Edit - I used to share the same opinion as OldVern about the game, and agree with him about graffiti in real life (see below), But it's a thing on the railways. Even here in Switzerland where things in general are kept pretty clean, there is a huge amount of Graffiti on the railways. I live next to a station and watching the freight trains go through at night, it's rare to see a wagon that hasn't had some sort of graffiti sprayed on it. So I'm fine with it being in the game and actually think it makes the game more true to life.

    Seriously? This is the train game that teaches you to walk the train tracks. TSW allows you to do the most dangerous and illegal things to do regarding railways but the arts (because that is what graffiti is) is stepping the boundaries for you? ;)

    They should add a graffiti pack catered to you that makes you in charge of the railway police and your task is to apprehend NPC's that are spraying on graffiti on the route :cool:

    Sorry and I know this is OT for the thread, but random graffiti is ugly and unsightly. How would you feel if someone tagged the side of your car, or front door of your house. Ultimately it’s a criminal act, defacing someone else’s property. As regards walking on the rail lines in the game, well arguably that’s as part of your duties as a driver/shunter and the game makes it clear when you are in a danger zone.

    So in the interests of “feedback”, mine is that the decision to have wagons covered in graffiti means I probably won’t buy. At best it should be optional for the user to check whether or not they appear defaced in the game. Would rather SHG had put time and effort into making the equipment look worn and weathered.

    After I heave installed "Cargo Line Vol.2 - Aggregates Add-On" and loading the scenario "[6M49] Grain Oil Terminal - Sinfin Sidings" on PS5, the game crashes! Please fix!

    I believe Union Pacific had an issue with graffiti in TSW as the current freight hoppers on the Peninsula Corridor no longer have graffiti on them.

    Pros:
    Great gameplay variety across 4 different routes
    8 total scenarios and 2 journey modes
    Nice wagon variety
    Scenarios are engaging and have plenty of AI traffic
    Good value for money

    Cons:
    Issue with Formation Designer and free roam compatibility (Adam said a fix should be on the way soon)
    Graffiti can be a little too repetitive in rare cases

    My Verdict: Must buy for UK Freight fans

    I can't seem to find any of the unloading services on the GWE timetable on PS5, there is a couple on the Journey mode but for the timetable they're not there at all

    Look for the short 11 min services.

    If you see any Usk to West Drayton services then it will be the short service that follows this

    Lovely pack. We need many more cargo packs as there are so many wagons on the railways that can be modelled. I guess as SKYHOOK are teamed up with VTG there are a number of possibilities. Well done Skyhook!

    Well the MML has certainly come alive with this pack! I just sat at East Midlands Parkway watching all the comings and goings, I even decided to have the real life rail announcements website playing in the background, OK, timetable doesn't match but was quite enjoyable, especially hearing delays and cancellations.

    One gripe I do have, I think the sounds of the freight are quite low? Hopefully ItsYa165 may come along and make some adjustments to make them louder

    Been playing a few days now with this DLC and I'm really loving it. Are there other routes that give this kind of freight gameplay? It's the first time I really enjoy doing the freight services. I know other freight scenarios also mimic real life freight operations but something in the gameplay in the aggregate pack feels different and fresh. I'm normally a commuter player and have now put more hours in this DLC than LIRR so far.

    East Coastway and Tees Valley have the loading and unloading of freight so would say they are the most similar.

    First scenario (Mountsorrel yard work) appears to be glitched. When you're ready to load, the instruction is to open the Slow Speed screen, but it doesn't register - the instruction never clears - and the slow-speed control doesn't work at all.

    Or is this a matter of drawing the "wrong" Class 66?

    Really enjoying cargo pak 2 so far ..i even have some aggregate timetable runs added tp east coast way and london commuter with the DB schenker class 66

    I had some trouble with this one as well. it seems you have to go into the screen with the 'select' button, not with the 'F3' button

    I had the same problem when i had to set the slow speed to 2mph it did not work until after i loaded the train plus its on a slight down grade while loading i just worked the brake myself kept it around 1.2xto 1.7 mph range .after loading i shut the slow speed off and put it back on for the second loading then after to progress it makes you shut it off ,i just turned it on before i had to turn it off to complete the scenario

    I gave it a shot and bought the pack because all the positive feedback.

    Agree, the pack adds a lot of gameplay and even better makes the collection of uk freight wagons bigger. Highly recommend together with the petroleum tankers.

    Tsw needs more of those packs. (Coaches are welcome too).

    I agree these cargo paks have added more freight playability to UK routes ,they need to do more stuff like this for US freight too seems like more people want freight stuff or new locomotives in TSW and are asking for it from reading other fourms on here

    i think more people are trying freight and liking it.. i actually got into TSW for the US freight routes and now enjoy playing freight content in UK EU routes that have it .

    I did the 12.29 Leicester-Lincoln stopping service earlier (As far as Nottingham) and got held up at a red signal waiting to depart Leicester as a freight train came off the slow to go "round the back". As someone who often uses this "Ivanhoe" stopping service it's pretty accurate to be stuck waiting for a green so a freight can come off the slow. But as I was waiting a HST arrived into Platform 2 and soon after another freight came through platform 1 to head onto Humberstone Road. Fantastic.     Hi Everyone,
    Thanks for the feedback and discussions regarding Cargo Line Vol.2 Aggregates. We're really pleased everyone is enjoying what the pack offers. Regarding reports so far:
    • Platinum scoring cannot be achieved - We're not aware of any issue here. All CL-A gameplay fully supports Platinum scoring.
    • Graffiti is too repetitive and frequent - 10 variations are provided along side blank and branded, which are spawned on a 70/30 ratio (graffiti vs non-graffiti) which itself is based on our research of the real trains.
    • Formation Designer difficulties - A fix for this is currently being tested by DTG.
    • Missing unloading services on GWE - This was seen during testing and a fix applied. However a subsequent issue has arisen with the number of Petroleum services available in the front end (for the same underlying reason), for which a fix is currently in test with DTG.
    • Sounds of the HOA wagons are really low - The sound levels have been developed to match other UK wagons in TSW.
    • Mountsorrel Yard Work scenario is broken - Check out this video of the scenario and post if you get a different experience.

    All right, the scenario works but there are three issues at play. One is that the instruction can only be satisfied by pressing the Speed Control button on the main interface- entering Speed Control via the menu does not work.
    This is not helped by the fact the onscreen indicator is set on the "select" button, not the Speed Control button, making it very unclear what the game wants. Probably far better to make opening the SC screen the trigger for the instruction, no matter how accomplished.

    The other one is just an accident of physics: the track is on a slight downgrade and so SC won't hold speed anyway (I wonder whether IRL they use that loader by pushing uphill into the buffers?)

    Don't know if this helps regarding platinum medals. I did 6C36 in journey, it gave me the GWE 66. Got gold, it didn't count me using the safety systems. Rerun in timetable using cargo line 66, this time platinum with it counting safety systems on.

    * Edit also had another gold with 4H73 in journey just finished with cargo 66 in timetable and got platinum.

    Platinum scoring works fine if you use a loco that is scoring 2.0 compatible (TSW4 onwards). If you use one of the 2 billion older Class 66 variants they are not compatible with scoring 2.0. The Cargo Line variants (and I assume the ECML - I have not tested) work fine as you would expect.

    I'm really happy with this latest dlc for MML, as well as the latest updates, it's all really brought the route to life!

    my only wish/request going forward would be to open up the already laid track at Ratcliffe Power Station. I'd even happily pay for another cargo pack (idea for Volume 3 maybe?) that would provide freight services into, around and out of the power station.

    but other than that, the route is 100% better than it was on release, it's now a really enjoyable experience and one of the strongest offerings in the game, so well done Skyhook!

    Freight isn’t really my thing but the amount of gameplay this adds in incredible. Gospel Oak - Barking Suffragette line is busy than ever, just when the route couldn’t get any better! Very welcome addition to MML as well. I’ve just done a light engine move Gospel Oak to Barking and the amount of AI was really good

    More of these packs, please!

    I defiantly agree cargo pak 3 should be coal services to Ratcliffe power station , i have gone back in there in free roam just spawned a class 66 and drove back in that would definitely add even more to MML.

    I just applied a little bit of brake to stop the train gaining speed. The speed control will give the loco as much power as is needed in order to hit the 2mph, and hold it there.

    I do not even use the low speed control in loading. I allow gravity to get the train rolling and control speed by the independent brake.
