Cascades Route Seattle-portland

The Amtrak Cascades route from Seattle, Washington southbound to at least Portland, Oregon would be amazing. This route could include the Amtrak Cascades Talgos included, and have WSDOT Sounder trainsets as Loco expansion and a Coast Starlight scenario pack for the existing Amtrak P42DC Loco expansion.

 

Could we get freight trains too? I think BNSF or BN diesels could be awesome.
