I have completed this scenario on the linke Rheinstrecke and whilst playing I noticed that the southbound traffic was blocking back, with a local service being stuck at Mainz. I don't know if this was part of the scenario plan but, I did spot that the driving trailer of every local service was reversed. Has anyone else seen this?
